Re-check chiropractic evaluation & adjustment= $125.00

Initial acupuncture treatment (first time patients or those not seen by Dr. White within the last year)= $150.00

Re-check acupuncture evaluation & adjustment= $125.00

Combined acupuncture & chiropractic treatments (initial)= $275.00

Small animal initial chiropractic and acupuncture= $100.00 * $75 for each additional

Small animal initial combined= $150 re-check combined $75.00

At-home small animal pet euthanasia (small animals of all sizes)= $250.00
